"I applaud Comptroller Liu for addressing the crucial fiscal challenges of the City in his speech today, and for taking steps to increase locally-targeted pension investments that will spur job creation across the five boroughs. We have a tremendous opportunity to rebuild our city and our economy with the tools we already have in hand—and earn solid returns for our retirees at the same time.
